I have been sleeping with a flourite gem under my pillow and carrying it around with me for the past week. I have noticed how much clearer reality is becoming and the cloud is slowly dispersing from my vision. This has been tough though, the realisation that the way you perceive yourself and your environment is an illusion, only there to trap you if you fall victim. After awareness, a deep sense of understanding arises and you use each given moment as a learning opportunity. Even now, these days, with my peaking behaviour and thought patterns, I am at least aware of how i am acting and how much my ego is clinging onto these emotional forces behind what I do. It means that it creates a clearer path for change.
